Who We Are

We are qualified and experienced professionals with decades of experience in healthcare and support. We have worked alongside people from all walks of life facing many different challenges.

We have experience working within the community as well as in primary and in-home care with knowledge and experience in the disability, aged care and mental health sectors. As such, we are able to support you in identifying and achieving your goals so that you are able to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Understanding how having access to supports and services can have a substantial impact on mental wellbeing and living your best life, we use our specialist knowledge to empower you with the tools, education and guidance you need to make positive steps towards your goals.

We are also passionate about sharing the knowledge and information you need on available supports and services as well as how to navigate the systems and processes involved to gain access to supports and services.

We’re living in a very difficult time with many people experiencing financial insecurity and therefore do not always have access to the funds required to pay expensive fees for services. As we are dedicated to bringing our services to all of our community members and want to help overcome any barriers to accessing much needed support, we work with each person individually on ways to provide our services within their budget.

We provide support across the Sunshine Coast region.

We also service the Moreton Bay & Gympie regions by request.

We are happy to offer Telehealth services to our clients so if you live outside of the above areas please contact us to book an appointment.

Fees & Pricing

My Care Specialist is a fee for service organisation which means that we generally charge an hourly rate for our services, but some types of support are charged as block rates rather than per hour. We are flexible with our payment schedules and work in with whatever works best for our clients.
This will be discussed in more detail at our initial meeting. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us to discuss our rates.
